Dr. Megan Perkins

Owner/Veterinarian

Dr. Perkins's Bio

Dr. Megan Perkins graduated from University of Wisconsin School of Veterinary Medicine in 2021. She became an owner and veterinarian at Foxridge Veterinary Care in 2023. Dr. Perkins loves all aspects of veterinary medicine, including dentistry, preventive medicine, and geriatric care. She enjoys building lasting relationships with her clients and patients.

Dr. Perkins currently resides in Janesville, WI with her husband, Tom. Together, they enjoy spending time with their pets, hiking, and traveling. She also loves reading, gardening, and barn time with her two horses. Reggie is a 27-year old Arabian mare and Oliver is a 4-year old Quarter Horse gelding. She and Tom also have 3 dogs: a 15 year old pit bull named Dory, a 9 year old mixed breed named Dwight, a 1-year old Standard Poodle named Olaf; and 4 cats: Lilly (15), Brando (15), Gimli (7), and Lazslo (2).

Sheryl Allen Gould, DVM

Owner/Veterinarian

Dr. Allen's Bio

Dr. Allen graduated from University of Wisconsin School of Veterinary Medicine in 2014. She became an owner and veterinarian at Foxridge Veterinary Care in 2023. Dr. Allen loves getting to know her clients and patients. Her favorite parts of veterinary medicine are puppy visits, soft tissue surgery, dentistry, and internal medicine.

Dr. Allen currently resides in Evansville, WI with her husband, Erik, and two boys, Derek (7) and Dawson (5). They have several pets including 2 dogs: Macy (9 year old Newfie/St. Bernard mix) and Reyna (2 year old Lab/Shepherd mix); 3 cats: Zephyr (14), Nick (10), and Pebbles (3); and a hamster named Zam (short for Zamboni). Dr. Allen plays ice hockey and volleyball, and enjoys reading and baking. Most of her free time is spent traveling to hers and her children’s hockey games.

Bekah

Certified Veterinary Technician

Bekah's Bio

Bekah grew up outside of Milwaukee, inheriting her love of animals large and small from her mother and grandfather. After working for several years as a veterinary assistant, Bekah graduated from the Madison College Veterinary Technician program in 2021. Since then, she has worked in both small and large animal practices. Outside of work, Bekah enjoys reading, crocheting, traditional archery, and snuggling with her two cats, Hester and Persephone.

Scout

Certified Veterinary Technician

Scout's Bio

Scout grew up in Mukwonago, WI. She always knew she wanted to be in the veterinary field, even as a little girl. In 2021, Scout graduated from the Veterinary Technician Program at Madison College and passed her national and state boards. She deeply loves animals, big and small, but particularly loves cats. She loves to create a close relationship with clients and patients.

Scout currently lives in Fitchburg with her husband, Ethan, and her son, Elliot. She has four cats: Mabel, Myles, Sophie and Simon.

Scout loves to read in her free time and to spend quality time with her family. She is also a huge UW-Madison basketball fan. Go Badgers!

Kara

Veterinary Assistant

Kara's Bio

Kara joined our clinic in November 2024 as a veterinary assistant. She graduated in 2023 from Carroll University in Waukesha where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Animal Behavior. While at the clinic Kara enjoys meeting all our clients and their fur babies, and is excited to expand her knowledge in veterinary medicine. When away from the clinic Kara enjoys spending her free time reading, hiking, kayaking and spending time with her dog Opal (a mixed rescue from Puerto Rico) and family and friends.

Viola

Veterinary Assistant

Viola's Bio

Viola moved to Madison from upstate New York in 2022 to attend UW Madison, where they are studying biology and animal science. They’ve had a love for animals as long as they can remember, and first got involved in vet med by volunteering in local shelters. They aspire to be a vet some day, and are excited to further their education at the clinic. When not at the clinic and not catching up on homework, Viola loves reading sci-fi books, making cosplays, and watching horror movies while snuggled up with their cat, Mephistopheles.

Mary

Customer Service Representative

Mary's Bio

Mary grew up in and currently resides in the Beloit area. She has always loved animals (particularly Dachshunds) from a young age! Her most recent Dachshund, Jovi, was her constant companion for almost 17 years. Mary has worked in the human healthcare and animal healthcare fields for many years. She joined our clinic in 2024 and her favorite part of the job is getting to know clients and helping them with their pets. She is passionate about making everyone that walks in our doors feel welcome from the moment they arrive! In Mary’s free time, she enjoys going to live concerts, traveling, spending time with both her grandmas and searching for the perfect loaded Bloody Mary!
