Meet Our Veterinary Team in Middleton, WI

Dr. Megan Perkins graduated from University of Wisconsin School of Veterinary Medicine in 2021. She became an owner and veterinarian at Foxridge Veterinary Care in 2023. Dr. Perkins loves all aspects of veterinary medicine, including dentistry, preventive medicine, and geriatric care. She enjoys building lasting relationships with her clients and patients.

Dr. Perkins currently resides in Janesville, WI with her husband, Tom. Together, they enjoy spending time with their pets, hiking, and traveling. She also loves reading, gardening, and barn time with her two horses. Reggie is a 27-year old Arabian mare and Oliver is a 4-year old Quarter Horse gelding. She and Tom also have 3 dogs: a 15 year old pit bull named Dory, a 9 year old mixed breed named Dwight, a 1-year old Standard Poodle named Olaf; and 4 cats: Lilly (15), Brando (15), Gimli (7), and Lazslo (2).

Dr. Allen graduated from University of Wisconsin School of Veterinary Medicine in 2014. She became an owner and veterinarian at Foxridge Veterinary Care in 2023. Dr. Allen loves getting to know her clients and patients. Her favorite parts of veterinary medicine are puppy visits, soft tissue surgery, dentistry, and internal medicine. 

Dr. Allen currently resides in Evansville, WI with her husband, Erik, and two boys, Derek (7) and Dawson (5). They have several pets including 2 dogs: Macy (9 year old Newfie/St. Bernard mix) and Reyna (2 year old Lab/Shepherd mix); 3 cats: Zephyr (14), Nick (10), and Pebbles (3); and a hamster named Zam (short for Zamboni). Dr. Allen plays ice hockey and volleyball, and enjoys reading and baking. Most of her free time is spent traveling to hers and her children’s hockey games. 

Deborah is one of the veterinary assistants at Foxridge Veterinary Care and has been a part of the team since May of 2020. She graduated from UW-Madison that spring with a Bachelor’s in Animal Sciences and French. Deborah is currently attending UW-Madison’s School of Veterinary Medicine to earn her DVM and is expected to graduate in the spring of 2026. Her favorite part of veterinary medicine is being able to work with a variety of species, both big and small! When she isn’t working, Deborah likes exploring coffee shops, traveling, and spending time with her cockatiel, Pika.

Taylor joined the clinic in August of 2022 under Dr.Janssen as a veterinary assistant. She joined the clinic after returning to the Madison area where she attended UW-Madison as an undergraduate, where she got a Bachelors of Biology. After graduating in 2021, she took some time to travel through Michigan’s Upper Peninsula and the east coast. At the clinic Taylor enjoys seeing all the types of pets that come into the clinic and is excited to learn more about veterinary medicine. In her free time, she’s often traveling Wisconsin for car events and visiting family. When not traveling she’s often doing DIY projects or spending time with her boyfriend and their two dogs, Clover (a springer spaniel mix) and Karma (a hound mix).
